Cancellation Policy
Hi!! I 100% understand that schedules change and some appointments must be cancelled. With that being said, if you need to cancel, please reach out to me beforehand to avoid the following:
•No Call-No Shows will be charged 100% of original cost of the appointment
•Cancellations (within 24 hours of scheduled time) will be charged 30% of their scheduled service cost!! (This only applies if you don’t reschedule.)
•If more than 15 minutes late, (without notifying me), you will be charged $15 on top of original cost if there is still time to perform the service.
•For all color services, a $10 deposit will be required. Don’t worry, this amount will only go toward your final cost. If you wish to pay in cash, the $10 will be refunded. This ensures a valid payment method in case of a no show, cancellation, or accidental typo when entering the card.
